Warwick Student cinema is one of the few remaining UK student cinemas that can run 35mm film, and the only one that can (and regularly runs) 70mm.

Opened in 1975, it is entirely run and managed by volunteer students. They have two Cinemeccanica Victoria 8 projectors, which are used in changeover operation. There is also a Philips ST-270 platter. They have a CP500 sound processor, as well as a DTS XD10.

As well as 70mm DTS, they can run 70mm 6-track magnetic, and also 35mm 4-track magnetic. They can also run Dolby Digital, DTS 35mm, and SDDS.
